JOB SUMMARY Reporting to the Senior Manager, Human Resources, the Associate Manager serves as the sole on-site HR representative and supports the Distribution facility. This is a full-cycle HR role, responsible for the primary elements of the employee life cycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding through development, mobility, compliance, engagement, employee relations, performance management, L&D and offboarding. The Associate Manager will work closely with the People Services Departments (Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, and Learning) and other HRBPs to deliver timely solutions and consistent employee experience.
