Monitor revenue, process RMA’s, sample requests, create invoices for certain accounts as needed and resolve other daily sales operations issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor industry or supply chain or sales operations field
  • Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts

Nice To Haves

  • Korean speaking/writing is preferred.
  • Manufacturing and supply chain management experience is plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support foundry account managers, HQ and customers-answer questions, resolve issues.
  • Customer order and delivery schedule management. Track and manage customer purchase orders, including expediting orders, verifying pricing, working with logistics team to ensure product is shipped quickly and efficiently to customers.
  • Monitor revenue and resolve credit issues with customers and Samsung’s credit department.
  • Responds to customer inquiries of delivery status, shipments, RMA, and others.
  • Partner with Account Managers to establish new accounts/engagements.
  • Aggregate customer and sales forecast; enter data into the Demand Planning system.
  • Monitor and process all RMA requests and discrepant returns.
  • Create, enter and invoice customer orders through SAP.
  • Prepare and provide reports to management.
