About The Position

As an Associate Manager, Data Management, Systems & Analytics, you will play a key role in shaping how data, systems, analytics, automation, and emerging technologies enable the future of Global Safety Assurance & Regulatory Affairs (GSARA) operations. In this role, you will combine data and systems expertise with strategic problem-solving to develop and evolve digital capabilities that make complex work simpler, smarter, and more connected. Partnering closely with Global and Regional GSARA teams, IT, R&D, and other cross-functional partners, you will translate business challenges into scalable solutions, strengthen how data is leveraged for insights and decision-making, and identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working. You will also help GSARA explore and responsibly unlock the potential of Artificial Intelligence, automation, advanced analytics, and emerging technologies. Rather than simply responding to existing needs, you will proactively identify new opportunities, evaluate technology capabilities, and help stakeholders understand how digital solutions can solve business challenges and create measurable value. Success in this role requires someone who can connect data, systems, and technology with real business needs. You will influence across functions, guide stakeholders through change and adoption, and help build the knowledge and confidence needed to effectively use new capabilities. Ultimately, you will help turn data and emerging technology into sustainable solutions that strengthen GSARA operations and enable smarter, more efficient ways of working.
