About The Position

Greenbriar’s Restaurant Group is looking for an Associate Manager, brand & operations activation to help bring projects and ideas to life across our portfolio of restaurant brands. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that sits at the intersection of field marketing, training, and restaurant operations. You might work on a new menu item launch one day and help a restaurant team implement a new process for improvement the next. Versatility is a key skillset to this critical role on our team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Restaurant experience required
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and Chat GPT Pro.
  • Experience in Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with leveraging AI tools to help, but not an over-reliance on AI to do the work
  • Familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in marketing, project management, training, or brand management preferred.
  • Experience with restaurant-specific operations platforms, such as: Toast, OLO, 7Shifts, Dine Engine, Craftable, DoorDash, Uber Eats as well as common, current suites of digital advertising, marketing analytics, or project management tools.
  • Photography skills also a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage cross-department projects from ideation through implementation, including timelines, deadlines, project team meetings, action items, and stakeholder follow-up.
  • Support marketing campaigns, LTOs, menu launches, promotions, and various supporting brand activations, both in-restaurant and on-line.
  • Create and coordinate signage, POP materials, presentations, one-sheets, table tents, and other creative and informative materials.
  • Help develop training materials, SOPs, job aids, and various operational resources.
  • Coordinate communication and implementation of new products, processes, and programs.
  • Work with restaurant leaders, marketing, training, vendors, and creative partners to keep projects moving.
  • Visit restaurants to support launches and initiatives, gather feedback, and help teams execute consistently.
  • Identify roadblocks, solve problems, and make sure projects don't get stuck.
  • Have direct visibility to executive team through project milestone updates, implementation reviews, and post-launch success presentations.
