This role is for an Associate Product Manager, App & Rewards on the Enfamil brand at Reckitt. The primary responsibility is to provide insights, knowledge, and value to expecting and new parents through the mobile app and rewards program. The goal is to enhance the app experience, drive engagement, brand affinity, and product sales. The role also involves owning the operations and enhancements of the Enfamil Rewards program. The Associate Product Manager will be part of the Site & App Team, focusing on connecting with parents and caregivers by delivering educational content, rewards, and utilities. This position reports to the Team Lead, Web/App/Rewards, within the Digital Marketing and Consumer Engagement team. The role requires partnering with the Product Manager, Web to develop the product roadmap, assess performance, own implementation plans, and lead launches. The ideal candidate is a strategic and analytical thinker, curious about AI-driven personalization, and a collaborative team player who prioritizes consumer needs. The role supports the mission to nourish children by keeping the mobile app and rewards program relevant and up-to-date. The time split for this role is 60% on campaign and feature enhancement projects, 20% on cross-functional partner engagement for operations and administration, and 20% on data reporting, analysis, and AI-driven optimization.
