Associate Machinist - 3rd Shift - $30.25/hr. plus $1.50 Shift Premium
About The Position
Under general supervision, this role involves operating and understanding complex machinery, inspecting machined components using precision measuring equipment, and maintaining accurate production records and maintenance logs. The position requires adherence to site-specific quality systems and processes, with the ability to recognize and troubleshoot quality concerns related to product and/or inspection equipment. Responsibilities include using complex precision measuring equipment to ensure components meet engineering specifications, possessing general knowledge of GD&T application, proficiency with multiple machine set-ups, the ability to read part prints, and the capability to operate 6-axis machines.
Requirements
- High school Diploma or GED
- 2 years of related machining experience
Nice To Haves
- 3-5 years preferred CNC experience
- Blueprint reading
- Experience with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
