Northrop Grumman is seeking Associate Logistics Management Analyst. This position will be located at our Space sector in Redondo Beach, CA.

Requirements

  • Highschool Diploma and 4 years of related experience or a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of related professional or a Master’s degree and 0 years of related experience.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite
  • The ability to obtain Special Access Program within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within Aerospace and Defense or Manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for logistics management, operational compliance, and oversight of the Operations facilities per various levels of enterprise and directorate documents
  • Maintain access list to all areas and coordinate high bay/lab Point of Operations training classes
  • Facilitate calibrated/ESD tools exchange
  • Perform recurring and non-recurring audits
  • Manage, purchase, and/or track inventory of shelf life and consumable materials
  • Maintain oversight of facility operations, including but not limited to, HVAC systems, HEPA filters, electrical/plumbing/lighting, cleanliness levels, temperature/humidity, etc.
  • Coordinate re-certifications and hazardous material profiling
  • Facilitate equipment maintenance with suppliers
  • Provide Area Management support for the Operations high bay/labs
  • Complete daily walk of high bays/labs which includes: checking temperature and humidity, Foreign Object Debris (FOD) walk, general cleanliness of high bay and customer/self-audits
  • Maintain safety equipment, practices and compliance
  • Coordinate equipment and material testing and re-certifications
  • Maintain hazardous waste and AQMD requirements
  • Forecast/purchase/maintain operating inventory of high bay/labs supplies as needed
  • Interact with Facilities to coordinate facility work and place work orders when needed
  • Assist Hardware Management team with all deliveries and equipment moves in/out the building
  • Attend the Operations Safety Council and CoP meetings and participate in Safety Walkthroughs of other areas per council direction
