About The Position

K2 Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Logistics Management Analyst to support U.S. Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) logistics and property accountability operations under the SOF-GLSS program. This position plays a critical role in Army property accountability, audit readiness, and enterprise logistics system integration, ensuring accurate asset visibility and compliance with Department of Defense and Army regulatory requirements. The selected candidate will serve as a senior logistics analyst responsible for supporting GCSS-Army implementation, General Equipment (GE) audit readiness initiatives, and enterprise logistics data analysis in coordination with multiple Army and Department of Defense organizations. This role is equivalent in responsibility and experience to a GS-12 Supply Systems Analyst.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Extensive experience with Army property accountability systems, including GCSS-Army
  • Prior experience supporting USASOC or USSOCOM logistics operations
  • Strong knowledge of Department of Defense and Army supply management principles and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic logistics support in coordination with government leadership and key stakeholders including DODIG, USSOCOM, ASA (FM&C), HQDA G-4, Army Audit Agency, and CASCOM.
  • Support General Equipment (GE) audit readiness initiatives and GCSS-Army implementation activities across USASOC organizations.
  • Extract, analyze, and interpret logistics data from Army enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Develop and maintain processes to ensure accurate identification, tracking, and accountability of capital assets within an Accountable Property System of Record (APSR).
  • Monitor and evaluate APSR internal controls and business processes to ensure accurate and compliant equipment reporting for Army financial statements.
  • Review and process audit readiness documentation and supporting records submitted by subordinate commands.
  • Coordinate with USSOCOM, U.S. Army headquarters elements, and independent audit agencies during General Equipment financial audits.
  • Assist in implementing USASOC asset management policies, procedures, and internal controls supporting the Army Audit Readiness Program.
  • Identify potential risks to audit readiness and develop mitigation strategies and internal control measures.
