About The Position
Temporary position responsible for supporting loan transactions from approval through funding and post-closing activities. Acts as a key liaison between borrowers, advisors, legal counsel, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in commercial lending, banking, loan operations, or transaction management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for onboarding and transaction coordination.
- Complete due diligence, regulatory, and procedural reviews.
- Order and review lien searches, credit reports, insurance, tax, and third-party reports.
- Prepare closing statements, monitor approvals, verify wire instructions, and coordinate funding.
- Support post-closing asset management activities, including deposits, memos, and refunds.
