This opportunity is for an Associate Litigation Attorney with litigation experience to join their Warranty Defense team in Austin, TX. This is a hybrid position with flexibility to work remotely.

Requirements

  • JD from accredited law school
  • Active Texas Bar admission
  • 3+ years of litigation experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
  • Desire to work closely with others in a team-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Product Liability defense litigation
  • Experience in insurance defense
  • Understanding of current state and federal procedures

Responsibilities
