$60,000 - $85,000Onsite

About The Position

Ellie Mental Health Johns Creek is hiring Associate Licensed Therapists (LAPC, LMSW, AMFT, or license-eligible in Georgia) seeking high-quality supervision, steady referrals, and a clear, supported path to full licensure. This is an ideal opportunity for clinicians who want to build a consistent caseload quickly, grow their clinical skills in a private practice setting, and steadily increase their earnings as they progress toward independent licensure. At Ellie, we believe clinicians do their best work when they feel supported, respected, and connected. We don't believe in throwing associates into the deep end without a liferaft. We offer supervision you can trust with regular clinical supervision and mentorship across multiple licensure tracks. We provide caseload security through robust insurance contracts supporting incident-to billing so you can see a broader range of clients right away. Our administrative team handles the back-end billing and scheduling logistics so you can focus entirely on clinical care. We foster a culture first environment with a warm, collaborative team that values authenticity, humor, and mutual growth. Ellie Mental Health is part of a national movement dedicated to making mental health care more accessible while fundamentally improving the workplace experience for clinicians. Our Johns Creek clinic is proud to offer an environment where associate therapists don't just log hours—they build a strong, confident foundation for a lifelong career.
