The Boeing Company, Defense, Space & Security (BDS), Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers (MS&B) Organization is seeking an Associate Liaison Engineer to focus on Production Review in Tukwila, WA. This role requires proactive individuals capable of making quick engineering decisions and engaging directly with the factory floor for hands-on engineering. The position emphasizes strong communication and collaboration skills, working closely with production personnel. The ideal candidate will apply engineering principles to assess and resolve product/process aircraft issues throughout the product/aircraft lifecycle. Responsibilities include analyzing issues, conducting root cause analysis, and developing dispositions for design non-conformances. The role also involves identifying, documenting, and communicating deviations that could impact design intent and safety, as well as developing and implementing product/process improvements. Candidates must be able to work variable shifts, potentially covering first, second, or third shift, including weekends, overtime, and holidays as required to support production. This role involves daily exposure to a factory environment with potential hazards such as stairs, trip hazards, high noise, and chemical exposure, as well as entering airplanes during various build stages.
