Associate Lawyer – Insurance & Professional Liability
About The Position
Gowling WLG's Ottawa office is currently seeking a motivated Associate with 3-6 years of post-call insurance litigation experience in-house or with a recognized law firm to join its Insurance and Professional Liability Group. The successful candidate can expect to work closely with strong teammates and great mentors to provide exceptional service. Requirements
- 3-6 years of post-call insurance litigation experience in-house or with a recognized law firm
- Experience in insurance defence and professional liability
- Proven client management skills
- Strong analytical, communication, and drafting skills
- A willingness to engage in a team environment on challenging work with our clients
- Appreciation for time management and organizational skills
- Solid academic credentials
