Gowling WLG’s Calgary office is currently seeking a motivated Associate with 4-10 years of post-call insurance litigation experience in-house or with a recognized law firm to join its Insurance and Professional Liability Group. The successful candidate can expect to work closely with strong teammates and great mentors to provide exceptional service.

Requirements

  • 4-10 years of post-call insurance litigation experience in-house or with a recognized law firm
  • Experience in insurance defence and professional liability
  • Proven client management skills
  • Strong analytical, communication, and drafting skills
  • A willingness to engage in a team environment on challenging work with our clients
  • Appreciation for time management and organizational skills
  • Solid academic credentials
