About The Position
Sidley’s San Francisco office is seeking associates with 3+ years of experience to join the Litigation Group, which offers associates the opportunity to work in a variety of practice areas. Candidates must have exceptional academic credentials, strong research and writing skills, and be admitted to the California bar. The San Francisco Litigation Group is a collegial group that litigates securities and shareholder derivative claims, consumer class actions, and other complex commercial disputes. The group includes a white collar practice that conducts internal investigations and defends companies and individuals in federal and state investigations and related proceedings.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience

- Admitted to the California bar
