About The Position

Assists IT&S Leadership in planning and execution of projects to ensure the organizational needs and program strategies are being addressed. Operates with direct guidance on straightforward and moderately complex assignments. Performs related duties as required. All responsibilities noted here are considered essential functions of the job under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience, required.

Nice To Haves

• Troubleshooting issues and network connectivity on Cardiology devices and applications
• Epic Experience
• IT Desktop Experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Creating, maintaining, and archiving all documentation related to a project.
• Following the PLC project process guidelines to successfully complete IT&S projects.
• Documenting initiative interdependencies, constraints, advantages and disadvantages to ensure there are no at risk enterprise-wide cross portfolio initiatives.
• Developing agendas and summarizing strategic development meetings, due diligence findings and oversight meetings for customers/clients, vendors and appropriate IT staff.
• Participating in finding process improvement opportunities, providing solutions and participating in implementation of changes.
