About The Position

As an Associate IT Analyst within the IT Enterprise Architecture team, you will partner with IT architects, technology teams, and business stakeholders to maintain architecture repositories, develop architecture artifacts, conduct technology research, and support governance activities while building a broad understanding of the organization's business and technology landscape. In this role, you will report to the Senior Principal Enterprise Architect.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field.
  • Foundational understanding of enterprise technology concepts, including applications, databases, system integrations, cloud computing, and networking.
  • Basic knowledge of software development lifecycles, IT operations, and technology platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to gather, organize, and analyze technical and business information.
  • Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to enterprise architecture concepts, frameworks, or methodologies.
  • An understanding of business process modeling, application lifecycle management, or technology governance.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, automation, and analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with application owners and business stakeholders to collect, validate, and organize architecture-related information, including applications, business processes, integrations, data flows, and technology dependencies.
  • Support the administration, data quality, and continuous improvement of enterprise architecture repositories and tools, including LeanIX.
  • Assist in analyzing the application portfolio to identify opportunities for standardization, consolidation, modernization, and risk reduction.
  • Develop and maintain architecture artifacts, including application inventories, process flows, architecture diagrams, technology roadmaps, and business capability maps.
  • Support architecture governance activities by documenting decisions, tracking action items, and maintaining governance records.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, metrics, and dashboards that support architecture reviews, technology planning, and strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of architecture standards, principles, reference architectures, and technology guidance documentation.
  • Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends, and summarize findings, business impacts, opportunities, and architectural considerations.
