About The Position

The Associate Inventory Planner manages the end-to-end inventory flow for lower-complexity categories. The role analyzes data such as trends, product lifecycles, minimum order quantities, lead times, timing, and warehouse capacity to forecast and plan inventory. The planner maintains and improves demand and sales forecasts for assigned sub-categories, supports assortment decisions with historical performance data, and manages assigned items from launch through exit. The role also adjusts replenishment settings according to item roles and serves as the primary inventory contact for junior-level merchants and vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory, planning, or retail buying.
• Ability to identify trends in sales and inventory data.
• Applicants in the U.S. must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements of the job.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve unconstrained unit demand and sales forecasts for specific sub-categories.
• Bring historical performance data into cross-functional discussions to help shape future assortment decisions.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned items, from initial launch to final exit.
• Adjust replenishment settings based on item roles, such as core or seasonal, to optimize stock levels.
• Act as the primary inventory contact for junior-level merchants and vendors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
