About The Position

The Associate Inventory Planner manages the end-to-end inventory flow for lower-complexity categories. The role analyzes data—including trends, product lifecycles, minimum order quantities, lead times, timing, and warehouse capacity—to forecast and plan inventory. The position is based at the Support Center in Irving.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory, planning, or retail buying.
• Proven ability to identify trends in sales and inventory data.
• Applicants in the U.S. must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements of the job.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve unconstrained unit demand and sales forecasts for assigned sub-categories.
• Bring historical performance data into cross-functional discussions to help shape future assortment decisions.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned items, from initial launch through final exit.
• Adjust replenishment settings based on item roles, such as core or seasonal, to optimize stock levels.
• Serve as the primary inventory contact for junior-level merchants and vendors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
