About The Position

The Associate - Inventory Control assists with maintaining accurate inventory records, performing inventory counts and audits, coordinating inventory transactions, resolving discrepancies, and reporting on inventory levels and trends. The role works with warehouse and logistics teams and requires attention to detail, accuracy, communication, and collaboration.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
• Perform regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage inbound and outbound inventory transactions.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Generate reports and provide analysis on inventory levels, trends, and variances.
