About The Position

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) offers an unparalleled opportunity for personal and professional growth and development. Like full-time staff, interns will work alongside top minds on cases that reshape business, government, and society. Consulting work is varied and rigorous, often performed at client sites. Projects can vary in length, size, and location depending on the client's challenge. Interns will collaborate on challenging projects with team members from diverse backgrounds and disciplines, increasing their understanding of complex business problems from various perspectives and developing new skills and experience for the future, whether at BCG or beyond.

Requirements

Undergraduate and Master’s students scheduled to graduate in 2028.
Non-MBA Master’s students graduating between October and December 2027.
Demonstrated success in academic and extra-curricular activities (volunteer work, professional internships, or personal initiatives).
Drive, creativity, intelligence, and an ability to lead.
Fluent English is required to communicate with clients, partners, and colleagues predominantly located outside Quebec.
Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec to communicate with colleagues and suppliers in Quebec as necessary.
