About The Position

The position supports internal and external projects from brief through final delivery, coordinates production activities and documentation, researches production approaches and partners, and helps maintain consistency across connected deliverables. It may also support or produce internal and lower-complexity projects, and contribute to AI-assisted image and video work within established production workflows, quality standards, and responsible AI practices.

  • At least 3 years of experience in production or a related field.
  • Experience working within a creative agency, production company, brand, studio, or related creative environment.
  • Working knowledge of integrated production across multiple channels, including film, photography, interactive, experiential, digital, and social content.
  • Understanding of production fundamentals such as scoping, scheduling, budgeting, estimating, vendor coordination, rights and usage, reviews, approvals, asset management, and delivery specifications.
  • Hands-on familiarity with generative AI image or video tools and prompting workflows, including the ability to evaluate outputs, troubleshoot common issues, and contribute to polished deliverables.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and adapt production plans in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate across creative, business, technical, and production teams.
  • Practical prompting experience with generative image and video platforms such as Runway, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Gemini, Weavy, or similar tools.
  • Experience with editing and post-production tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or comparable applications.
  • Understanding of visual storytelling fundamentals, including composition, color, pacing, and continuity, and how to apply them to traditional and AI-assisted production.
  • Curiosity about emerging formats, platforms, production technologies, and new ways audiences engage with content; demonstrated AI experience and sustained interest are significant advantages in candidate selection.

Responsibilities

  • Research previous integrated productions to build understanding of industry terminology, techniques, platforms, deliverables, equipment, and production processes across film, photography, interactive, experiential, digital, and social content.
  • Support projects from brief through final delivery, progressively taking ownership of assigned workstreams for internal initiatives and external or public-facing executions.
  • Coordinate day-to-day production activities, including schedules, budgets, estimates, reporting, billing, meetings, reviews, approvals, asset tracking, and final delivery.
  • Build knowledge of agency production capabilities, client businesses, channel requirements, AI platforms, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Develop knowledge of production partners, vendors, creators, technology platforms, rates, usage considerations, and schedules across disciplines.
  • Participate in shoots, recordings, installations, activations, content captures, reviews, and other production activities identified by the Producer.
  • Build collaborative relationships with creative, strategy, account, media, technology, and production team members.
  • Prepare agendas, production documentation, status updates, and notes for pre-production meetings, reviews, and working sessions.
  • Research production approaches, partners, talent, locations, platforms, formats, and emerging technologies to support projects.
  • Support and produce internal and lower-complexity projects, including case studies, pitch content, mood films, photography, social assets, digital experiences, interactive prototypes, voiceovers, audio, and small shoots.
  • When appropriate, support AI-assisted image and video creation by developing and refining prompts, generating assets, and helping move work from exploration through editing, finishing, and delivery within established workflows and quality standards.
  • Test relevant generative AI models and features, share practical findings, and help identify responsible and useful applications for active production work.
  • Track specifications, dependencies, approvals, usage, and versioning across channels to maintain consistency across connected deliverables.
  • Follow administrative systems, financial controls, rights and usage requirements, responsible AI practices, and agency production best practices.
