The Associate Installation Technician is responsible for the on-site physical installation, functional testing, and quality inspection of surgical light suspensions, surgical booms, video integration systems, and other ancillary equipment. This role involves partnering with internal teams (sales, project engineering, project management, field service) and external teams (electricians, plumbers, general contractors, perioperative hospital staff). The position requires 100% overnight travel, Monday through Friday, with travel, lodging, and meal expenses paid by Stryker. The role also involves maintaining stakeholder relationships, communicating progress, and providing basic operational training to customers.
