Associate Improvement Manager contributes to the success of Greenpoint Technologies through special projects which enhance business operations, improve efficiency, and streamline communication. This role involves leading the deployment and sustainment of Continuous Improvement (CI) frameworks, facilitating process mapping, establishing KPIs, driving root cause analysis, and championing a culture of continuous improvement. The position also supports enterprise transformation initiatives, identifies opportunities for automation and digitization, and acts as a change agent for new tools and systems. Responsibilities include tracking benefits realization, developing solutions to business issues, leading complex projects, managing project timelines and budgets, and mentoring entry-level employees.
