About The Position

The Financial Crimes Risk Management team identifies, assesses, and manages risks associated with money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions violations, fraud, and other financial crimes. This role develops and executes policies, controls, monitoring, investigations, and regulatory compliance programs to mitigate financial crime risk and ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations, including AML and BSA requirements. The Fraud Investigations specialization may include investigating suspected incidents of illegal activity or cases of suspected fraud by teammates, vendors, or third parties. This role will coordinate information gathering and reporting with applicable law enforcement authorities, and present evidence to court. Maintaining case management and evidence in accordance with legal requirements is also a key function. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  • Typically requires 3 - 5+ years prior experience, with practical knowledge of job area
