About The Position

ElevateBio is hiring Associate I and Associate II of Materials Management team members for its Warehouse team. The role assists with all facets of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, creating material kits for manufacturing, logistics, and shipping. This is a full-time contract position. The budgeted hourly range is $33–$48, based on qualifications, experience, training, operational and business needs, and other legally permitted considerations.

Requirements

1–2+ years of GMP warehouse or logistics experience.
Experience with ERP or computer-based inventory systems; SAP EWM is preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Ability to follow detailed verbal instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail orientation and strong problem-solving skills.
Flexibility in duty assignments.
Ability to work overtime, holidays, weekends, and different shifts as required.

SAP EWM experience.

Responsibilities

Use SAP to perform goods receipts, goods issues, inventory movements, and other transactions.
Access vendor websites to obtain Certificates of Analysis (COAs).
Kit GMP orders using SAP-generated pick lists.
Manage inventory, including executing cycle counts.
Move GMP and non-GMP materials between storage locations and shipping docks using manual labor and pallet jacks.
Cross-train with team members to ensure appropriate backup coverage.
Communicate with internal and external customers.
Coordinate shipments and pack out GMP and non-GMP materials.
Use business systems, including SAP and MS Office, and enter data accurately.
Provide loading-dock coverage for receiving deliveries and handing off shipments.
Replenish materials on point-of-use (POU) racks daily.
Adhere to ElevateBio safety requirements.
Carry an on-call phone according to schedule.
Work overtime, holidays, weekends, and different shifts as required.
