Associate I-II, Materials Management (Contract, Multiple Openings)

About The Position

ElevateBio is seeking an Associate I or Associate II of Materials Management to join its Warehouse team. The role supports warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, preparing material kits for manufacturing, logistics, and shipping. It is a full-time contract position with multiple openings.

Requirements

1–2+ years of GMP warehouse or logistics experience.
Experience with ERP or computer-based inventory systems; SAP EWM preferred.
Adhere to all ElevateBio safety requirements.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Ability to follow detailed verbal instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Flexibility in duty assignments and ability to work overtime, holidays, weekends, and different shifts as required.

Responsibilities

Use SAP to perform goods receipts, goods issues, inventory movements, and other transactions.
Access vendor websites to obtain Certificates of Analysis (COAs).
Kit GMP orders using SAP-generated pick lists.
Manage inventory, including executing cycle counts.
Move GMP and non-GMP materials between storage locations and shipping docks using manual labor and pallet jacks.
Cross-train with team members to provide backup coverage.
Communicate with internal and external customers.
Coordinate shipments and pack out GMP and non-GMP materials.
Access business systems and enter data accurately, including in SAP and MS Office.
Provide loading dock coverage for receiving deliveries and handing off shipments.
Replenish point-of-use (POU) racks daily.
Carry an on-call phone according to schedule.
