About The Position

The HR Generalist leads full-cycle recruiting while owning key HR operational functions, including onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, and performance management support. This role ensures talent acquisition strategies are effectively executed and aligned with workforce planning priorities, while maintaining accurate, compliant, and scalable HR processes across the employee lifecycle. This position plays a critical role in building a strong, sustainable talent pipeline and reinforcing operational excellence. By driving efficient hiring outcomes, delivering a high-quality candidate and employee experience, and ensuring the integrity of core HR programs, the HR Generalist directly supports both immediate business needs and long-term organizational growth.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, with a strong emphasis on full-cycle recruiting
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, best practices, and extensive understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with ATS and HCM software, Rippling experience a plus, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • High ethical standards and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Nice To Haves

  • Professional HR certification is highly desirable (PHR or SHRM-CP)

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, provide strategic consultation, and manage the hiring process from intake through offer
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that build strong pipelines and align with workforce planning priorities and organizational growth
  • Enhance employer branding through job postings, career page content, and candidate-facing materials to attract and engage top talent
  • Lead onboarding execution to ensure a seamless transition from offer to integration, driving early engagement, productivity, and alignment with role expectations
  • Support the administration of payroll and benefits programs, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing and data integrity
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, partnering with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery
  • Maintain records and ensure audit readiness, supporting compliance requirements and driving continuous process improvements
  • Maintain HR systems and employee data integrity while ensuring consistent, efficient HR processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Support compliance with employment laws and internal policies, maintaining accurate documentation and audit readiness
  • Support the performance management strategy, including administration of employee reviews, calibration support, and alignment with organizational goals
  • Partner cross-functionally to implement HR programs and support employee engagement initiatives
