About The Position

The Human Resources Generalist (internally known as Manager, Human Resources) is a key member of the community’s leadership team, responsible for driving a positive employee experience and supporting organizational effectiveness. This role is heavily focused on team member relations, culture building, manager support and accountability, and talent acquisition. This position partners closely with leaders and team members to foster a strong workplace culture, ensure consistent application of policies, and support the full team member lifecycle. This position is based onsite at our Spring Mill Pointe location in Lafayette Hill, PA, supporting approximately 90-100 team members. The HR Generalist participates in the Manager on Duty (MOD) weekend rotation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on employee relations and recruiting
  • Experience supporting managers and implementing HR programs
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

  • PHR or SHRM-CP preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, leading employee relations efforts including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management
  • Coach and support managers to strengthen leadership effectiveness, accountability, and team engagement
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding to attract and retain top talent
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement, recognition, and consistent application of HR practices
  • Partner with leadership to implement HR policies, programs, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Oversee core HR processes including leave administration, ADA, workers’ compensation, and unemployment claims
  • Act as the liaison between the community and Corporate HR
