The Office of Human Resources at Teachers College, Columbia University, is seeking an Associate HRIS Data and Reporting Analyst to support HR analytics and reporting efforts. This role focuses on delivering meaningful insights, building reliable dashboards, and supporting strategic initiatives that enhance HRIS service delivery across the College. Reporting to the Senior HRIS Data and Reporting Analyst, the Associate HRIS Data and Reporting Analyst will play a key role in transforming HR data into meaningful insights through analysis, reporting, and dashboard development, while maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulatory reporting requirements.
