We are looking for an Associate HR Specialist at an early stage in their Human Resources career who brings a can‑do attitude, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. This role is ideal for someone with internship- or less than 2 years of HR experience who is interested in building a strong foundation across payroll, benefits, and broader HR operations. Based in Manassas or Culpeper, Virginia, you will work closely with a supportive, collaborative HR team and gain hands‑on exposure to end‑to‑end HR processes. You’ll have the opportunity to grow your skills and expand your knowledge across multiple HR functions while making a meaningful impact from day one! What to expect In this role, you will: Support core HR activities across various areas such as payroll, benefits, onboarding, immigration, compliance, and employee support. Assist in providing HR services to over 750 employees in multiple locations including several Virginia locations, New York City, Miami, Mexico City, and São Paulo. Work alongside and learn from highly experienced HR professionals, with regular collaboration and guidance. Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and day‑to‑day problem solving.
