About The Position

We are seeking a People Operations Specialist to join our HR Operations team. In this role, you will execute and support key People Ops processes across the employee lifecycle, including mid lifecycle requests, HRIS transactions, and day to day support for employee needs. Our HR Operations team aims to deliver exceptional services, continuous process improvements, and support with a strategic approach that offers streamlined and efficient systems and operating procedures that support the needs of the employees, and organization. This position will be responsible for partnering with team members across People Ops, such as HRBP’s, Legal, Payroll, and others to help execute mid to end-life cycle employee needs. You will interact daily with leaders and employees, maintain an open line of communication, and identify and address needs and/or concerns as they arise. You will act as a superuser for HRIS and other systems and steward of employee data; generating reports with a high level of data integrity. You will provide insights and ideas to automate and continuously improve HR processes which enhance the employee experience. You will maintain compliance with local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will work with colleagues across the organization and help educate, problem solve, and service the needs.

Requirements

  • A bachelors degree in Human Resources, management, or business-related field
  • At least two years’ experience in an HR role
  • Depth of knowledge in an HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and Applicant Tracking System/Tool
  • Thoroughness with an ability to multi task and stay organized in an array of tasks of varying degrees of difficulty and complexity
  • Excellent interpersonal communications skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at multiple levels
  • A customer service mindset, and strong ownership at work
  • A team player with a desire to support others and continuously raise the bar
  • Ability to anticipate customer and stakeholder needs and proactively follow through
