Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or 3 years experience in related field
• Proven HR experience, preferably in a staffing agency or professional environment
• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and OSHA regulations
• Proficiency with an HRIS or ATS application
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally and thrive in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
• Administer benefits, leave management (FMLA), and workers’ compensation
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, OSHA standards, and affirmative action
• Utilize HRIS and ATS systems (Paycor) for HR processes and workforce data
• Support training, development, succession planning, and organizational initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership to foster employee engagement and positive workplace culture
• Adapt to changing priorities and lead HR projects as needed
