About The Position

The Wellbeing Collective Group (WBC) at Unilever manages functional nutrition brands and a portfolio of brands including Equilibra (Italy) and US acquired brands Olly, LiquidIV, Nutrafol, SmartyPants, Welly, and Onnit. The team operates in an agile, fast-moving, and collaborative environment, working on a project-based, networked approach. This role supports WBC HR Business Partners by leading and/or supporting people-focused initiatives, enabling HRBPs to concentrate on long-term strategy. The Associate Manager, HR, Wellbeing will act as a trusted partner for HRBPs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years with HR Generalist experience.
  • Reward/compensation experience preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide insights to all levels of the organization.
  • Strong communication and writing skills for preparing content, presentations, and employee communications.
  • Ability to work independently and drive end-to-end outcomes.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, influence outcomes, and partner effectively across levels.

Responsibilities

  • Own execution of WBC talent programs, partnering with HRBPs on design and strategic alignment.
  • Manage Talent Review and Annual Pay Review process, in partnership with HRBPs.
  • Deliver the WBC Learning Calendar.
  • Share and implement best practices across the Wellbeing Talent Acquisition and HRBP community via Practitioner Forums and Quarterly LinkedIn reviews.
  • Contribute to leadership and executive development programs.
  • Use talent data to proactively identify risks and opportunities, and recommend options to address them.
  • Own offer creation for internal promotions and movements.
  • Support preparation for Internal WBC & B&W Compensation Committee meetings, including data analysis, agenda, and materials.
  • Lead annual Wellbeing benchmarking, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Contribute to organization design and operating model evolution efforts.
  • Partner with HRBPs to deliver change initiatives, supporting planning, communication, and implementation.
  • Partner with International HRBP on initiatives for global engagement and culture.
  • HR4HR Responsibility across the Wellbeing Operating Company P&C teams, including engagement and upskilling activities.
  • Develop and embed best practices for AI usage.
  • Coach managers on performance, development, feedback, and change leadership.
  • Build strong relationships across Wellbeing Collective and HR teams.
  • Partner with HRBPs with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Communicate with leaders on trends, risks, and people insights.
