About The Position

As an Associate HR Generalist at MKS’ Broomfield, Colorado location, you will partner with Operations to proactively support employees and contribute to day-to-day site effectiveness. The role calls for strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance. It offers opportunities for growth and expanded responsibilities, providing a platform for future development within Human Resources. This position reports to the regional HR Manager.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or an associated field.
Up to 2 years of Human Resources experience.
High integrity and ability to work with confidential information.
Working knowledge of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent time-management skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Serve as the day-to-day HR contact for employees, providing responsive and timely guidance and counsel on questions and issues.
Partner with HR Centers of Excellence, including total rewards/benefits, talent acquisition, talent and organizational development, and communications, to support program rollouts and resolve site employee issues while delivering high-quality service.
Support the employee lifecycle by conducting exit interviews, employee discussions, and feedback sessions; coordinating onboarding; and delivering new-hire orientation.
Perform data reporting and analysis, and communicate results concisely and in a structured manner.
Participate in other site- or business-related projects and activities as required.
