About The Position

We're looking for an HR professional who is ready to take the next step in their career. As our Associate HR Business Partner, you'll serve as the day-to-day HR partner for Store Managers across the West Region, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, recruiting, policy interpretation, and other people-related matters. Working closely with our Director, Human Resources, you'll receive coaching, exposure, and hands-on experience that will prepare you to become a strategic HR Business Partner. This role is designed for someone who has built a strong HR foundation and is ready to grow their business partnership skills while making an immediate impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or 1–3 years of HR experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems (Paycom is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Managers on employee relations, performance management, recruiting, HR policies, and day-to-day people matters.
• Support recruiting strategies and help leaders attract and hire quality talent.
• Monitor recruiting metrics, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to improve hiring effectiveness.
• Support investigations and partner with HR Operations on complex employee matters when appropriate.
• Assist with talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and performance review processes while developing strategic HR business partnership skills.
• Build strong relationships with operational leaders through regular communication and occasional field visits.
• Analyze workforce trends and share insights that help improve employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and business results.
