About The Position

This role requires a strong understanding of business analytics to support leaders in making sound talent decisions, promoting employee engagement, and fostering positive employee relations. The Associate HR Business Partner will collaborate with client groups to develop and implement talent plans aligned with business strategies and objectives. This position involves proactively identifying and resolving issues to enhance employee experience and business results, as well as participating in and leading HR projects and special initiatives. The role also emphasizes upholding high professional standards, maintaining positive interpersonal relationships, and embodying L3Harris core values.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resource or related field
• Completed bachelor's degree within the last 12 months

Responsibilities

• Have a strong understanding and knowledge of business analytics to enable and influence leaders to make sound talent decisions and promote employee engagement and healthy/positive/productive employee relations
• Partner with client groups to build and execute upon talent plans in achievement of overall business strategy, objectives and goals
• Identify and diagnose issues proactively and develop, recommend and implement root cause solutions that enhance employee engagement/experience and business results in a timely manner
• Participate and/or lead projects and special initiatives within and outside the HR function as assigned
• Promote high professional standards, positive interpersonal relationships and demonstrates L3Harris core values
