Job Purpose and Impact The Associate HR Business Partner, Plants - Food job applies basic knowledge to assist in the delivery of people processes related to people and culture strategy, workforce plans, learning programs and talent activities to improve the employee experience at the plant. This job provides support to key stakeholders and helps analyze metrics on plant performance. Key Accountabilities METRICS & ANALYSIS: Understands how metrics are used and managed to provide insights into the performance of the plant. OPERATIONAL PROCESSES: Supports the implementation of plant HR operational processes including time and attendance, employee or labor relations, and benefits administration processes to support the overall compliance and effectiveness of the HR operational processes of the plant. DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION: Supports the advancement of the diversity, equity and inclusion efforts for the business. SOLUTION IMPLEMENTATION: Supports the implementation of basic solutions to improve employee and team performance, and the employee experience at the plant. PROGRAM EXECUTION: Supports the execution of routine workforce plans, learning programs, talent acquisition activities and other talent programs and projects at the location. HR SUPPORT: Provides human resources support to plant supervisors and employees, acting as the first point of contact for human resources related questions.
