About The Position

The Associate HR Business Partner, Plants - Food job applies basic knowledge to assist in the delivery of people processes related to people and culture strategy, workforce plans, learning programs and talent activities to improve the employee experience at the plant. This job provides support to key stakeholders and helps analyze metrics on plant performance.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of people and culture strategy, workforce plans, learning programs and talent activities.
  • Ability to analyze metrics on plant performance.
  • Understanding of HR operational processes including time and attendance, employee or labor relations, and benefits administration.
  • Support for diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
  • Ability to implement solutions to improve employee and team performance and experience.
  • Support for workforce plans, learning programs, talent acquisition, and other talent programs.
  • First point of contact for HR-related questions from plant supervisors and employees.

Nice To Haves

  • Written and verbal communication in Spanish and English.
  • Experience in a production environment.
  • Experience in investigations and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Understand how metrics are used and managed to provide insights into the performance of the plant.
  • Support the implementation of plant HR operational processes including time and attendance, employee or labor relations, and benefits administration processes to support the overall compliance and effectiveness of the HR operational processes of the plant.
  • Support the advancement of the diversity, equity and inclusion efforts for the business.
  • Support the implementation of basic solutions to improve employee and team performance, and the employee experience at the plant.
  • Support the execution of routine workforce plans, learning programs, talent acquisition activities and other talent programs and projects at the location.
  • Provide human resources support to plant supervisors and employees, acting as the first point of contact for human resources related questions.
