Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
  • 3–7+ years of experience supporting ERP cloud implementations in a consulting environment
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll
  • Demonstrated expertise in the Oracle HCM Payroll module, including end-to-end implementations
  • Functional application specialist experience across one or more domains: Cloud ERP, EPM, CRM, or Data Management
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to build trusted client and team relationships
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop others; leadership or team-lead experience preferred
  • Ability to deliver industry-specific insights and identify value-creation opportunities based on a deep understanding of client challenges
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple engagements of varying size and duration
