Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience working with hardware
  • Outstanding customer service and analytical skills
  • Positive, professional, team player attitude.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to self-motivate.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Functional knowledge of Apple and Windows Operating Systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products
  • 2+ years’ experience managing hardware assets using management tools (SCCM, ServiceNow, Workspace One, SNOW, Flexera, etc.)
  • Proven problem-solving and planning skills
  • Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for learning new skills and technology

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the delivery and setup of hardware
  • Respond to incoming requests via ServiceNow tickets
  • Manage and track inventory of assets via ServiceNow
  • Respond to users regarding equipment recovery tasks (EQRs)
  • Communicate with manufacturers regarding warranty repair
  • Recycle and retire equipment following industry best practices
  • Champion inventory controls and related asset management processes to ensure proper management and accurate data pertaining to the WWT assets
  • Daily and long-term strategic management of hardware
  • Define process gaps to ensure accurate hardware information
  • Work in partnership with other IT teams such as Collaboration and Productivity, End User Computing, Identity & Access Management, and International Service Desk
