About The Position

As part of the Hand Hygiene Observation Team, this entry-level role will assist in observing, documenting and coaching staff and patients at many of our patient care facilities in the proper hand washing techniques. This role is a full-time position, with flexible hours and will be onsite at multiple facilities, and will require a lot of walking, people skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Provides support for the creation, coordination and execution of the hand hygiene program.
Observe, document and coach staff and patients in proper hand-washing techniques.
Assists in budgetary management for the program(s).
