About The Position

We are looking for an Associate Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer to join our team in Coppell, TX. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and gain hands-on experience working with the Guidewire Insurance Suite in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Some experience or coursework with Guidewire, Java, or GOSU programming is preferred.
• Interest in learning Guidewire ClaimCenter and insurance technologies.
• Understanding of software development basics and Agile methodology.
• Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• You must be located within driving distance of our offices in Coppell (TX) for occasional team collaboration.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with automated testing tools (like GUnit or Selenium) is a plus but not required.
• Guidewire certification or training is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of applications using Guidewire ClaimCenter.
• Work with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Help design, code, test, and debug software components with guidance from senior developers.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate on project deliverables.
• Learn and apply industry best practices and internal standards.
• Support system integration and configuration tasks as needed.
