About The Position

This role supports the execution of omni-channel creative initiatives that reinforce the LAGOS brand identity and elevate the customer experience. This role develops and adapts visual assets across digital, social, print, and retail channels while ensuring consistency with brand standards and seasonal campaign objectives. Working closely with the Art Director and cross-functional partners, this role contributes to the development of engaging, customer-focused creative that supports marketing, eCommerce, retail, and brand storytelling initiatives. This position combines strong design fundamentals, production expertise, and a passion for luxury branding to deliver high-quality creative assets that drive engagement and business results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a design-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 - 4 years of professional/internship design experience, ideally with fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
  • Working proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Ability to prepare web- and print-ready files, with developing production skills.
  • Familiarity with production workflow, content management systems, and image optimization.
  • Experience adapting design concepts across social platforms and share points.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and formats.
  • A strong eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling, with attention to detail.
  • Efficient, organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in eCommerce, fashion, beauty, or brand commerce preferred.
  • Exposure to a design studio, brand, or agency environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce creative assets across digital, social, email, web, print, retail, and advertising channels in support of seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
  • Develop customer-centric visual storytelling that showcases merchandise, reinforces brand positioning, and enhances the overall customer experience.
  • Adapt and optimize creative concepts across multiple channels and formats while maintaining consistency with brand standards and visual guidelines.
  • Create motion graphics, animations, and other engaging content formats to support marketing and brand objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver optimized digital assets and print-ready files that meet quality, technical, and production requirements.
  • Support photoshoots through prop sourcing, creative preparation, asset organization, and post-production needs.
  • Coordinate with print vendors, photographers, and production partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of creative assets.
  • Maintain organized project files, creative documentation, and digital asset libraries to support efficient workflows and asset accessibility.
  • Collaborate with marketing, eCommerce, photography, social media, PR, retail, and other cross-functional partners to deliver cohesive and high-quality creative solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Research emerging design trends, customer preferences, technologies, and AI-enabled tools to support innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute positively to team meetings, creative reviews, and process improvement initiatives while fostering a collaborative and solutions-oriented work environment.
