Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably within financial services, professional services, or B2B sectors

• Experience developing multimedia content including motion graphics, videos and animation

Responsibilities

• Visual Communication – Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and brand application across digital and print.
• Design Execution - Creating visual assets for digital and print, including brochures, social media graphics, ads, proposals, presentations, website graphics, formal documents, and other marketing collateral.
• Brand Application - Applying brand guidelines consistently across all materials. Help maintain and evolve brand identity. Empower internal teams and external stakeholders to use our brand effectively.
• Creative Development - Helping evolve and strengthen the Axis visual brand by identifying opportunities for improvement. Drive creative direction with strong visual concepts.
• Stakeholder Communication - Interpreting briefs and feedback from internal teams. Turn ideas into clear, professional design outputs.
• Market Awareness - Staying up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices, applying relevant insights to improve output.
• Manage Multiple Projects - Prioritize tasks and balance multiple design deliverables with competing deadlines.
