The position involves working closely with product development, marketing, sales, operations, and quality teams to develop and launch materials for product ecosystems, create and bring to market a portfolio of innovation for existing consumers, partner with key channels for assortments/marketing/pricing, drive cost savings initiatives, and monitor competitive activity and business performance. The role operates in a highly collaborative and cross-functional environment, partnering with product management teams for machines, heat presses, and digital content.
