About The Position
Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our established Fayetteville, NC practice. This role is ideal for both experienced dentists and recent graduates seeking mentorship. You will be supported by an experienced clinical team, advanced technology, and a patient-first culture. The practice is well-established with a loyal patient base and consistent new patient flow. We offer a four-day full-time schedule to promote work-life balance, clinical autonomy with mentorship and collaboration, and utilize modern technology with a digital workflow. You will also have the support of an experienced clinical and administrative team.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active (or eligible) North Carolina dental license
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
