About The Position

Logitech is seeking a seasoned Associate General Counsel to serve as a trusted advisor across litigation, internal investigations, employment law, and global compliance. This is a high-impact, deeply embedded role for a lawyer who thrives at the intersection of legal strategy and business partnership — someone who wants to understand the business as well as any business leader and bring genuine clarity to complex problems. You will work across time zones and functions, collaborating closely with legal and business colleagues in the U.S., Ireland, Switzerland, and Asia. If you are energized by variety, accountability, and moving fast without cutting corners, this role is for you.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of legal experience, with a strong track record managing complex litigation and investigations for a global company
  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in a relevant jurisdiction
  • Hands-on experience with employment law — U.S. federal and state requirements — and comfort operating across international frameworks
  • The ability to make sound, confident decisions under ambiguity and to influence stakeholders at every level without relying on formal authority
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the judgment to calibrate your message for the audience
  • A collaborative, low-ego approach — you build trust by being reliable, direct, and genuinely engaged
  • Positive attitude, accountability, and a sense of humor about the inevitable chaos of in-house legal life

Responsibilities

  • Own and actively manage Logitech’s global litigation portfolio, including patent and IP disputes, commercial matters, class actions, and employment claims across courts and arbitration forums worldwide. Select and direct external counsel, set strategy, and manage outcomes.
  • Lead and support investigations involving compliance issues, Code of Conduct matters, and employment-related concerns from intake through resolution.
  • Advise on Logitech’s global compliance programs spanning product regulatory requirements, trade, and environmental obligations.
  • Partner with the People & Culture team on employee relations, HR programs, and employment litigation across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Logitech’s products, operations, and risk profile. Help identify where Legal can have the greatest impact — and then deliver it.
