About The Position

Underwriters Laboratories receives project samples from companies around the world to help verify that client products continue to meet applicable safety standards and certification requirements. The Associate FUS Project Owner plays an important role in receiving, processing, coordinating, and reporting results for these sample-based compliance projects. This role works to become proficient in Follow-Up Services project management systems while managing projects for a limited number of product categories with some supervision. The position requires strong organization, follow-up, communication, and time management skills to support timely project movement and effective coordination with clients, Engineering, Laboratory teams, and regional or remote partners. This role also supports process improvement efforts and requires a professional, collaborative, and accountable approach, with a strong focus on client needs, timely follow-up, effective decision-making, and successful coordination across internal and external partners.
