We're looking for a Project Owner (PO) to take ownership of delivery across our portfolio of post-launch client accounts. Once a client's project has shipped, it's shifted over to this team and you'll act as their primary point of contact from that point on, managing the relationship, keeping delivery on track, and working closely with development, UI/UX, SEO, content and studio teams to plan and execute ongoing work.

This is a hands-on role that blends client relationship management with project delivery. You'll respond to client queries and support requests, resolve technical issues, and keep clients informed, while managing timelines, budgets and scope across multiple concurrent accounts. Beyond keeping things running smoothly, you'll look for ways to grow each relationship and spotting opportunities to add value, deepen trust, and expand the work over time.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who thrives on ownership, stays calm under shifting priorities, and genuinely enjoys being the person clients and internal teams can rely on.

Requirements

• Strong organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to keep multiple client projects on track.
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication, and a collaborative approach.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
• Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams, and translating between the two.
• Calm and adaptable under shifting priorities and evolving requirements.
• Genuine interest in client delivery and account management.
• Previous experience in a client-facing project management, account management, or delivery role — agency or digital-services background preferred.
• Based in Malta (this role may require occasional in-person collaboration with the team).
• Fluent in English.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with CRM/project management tools (e.g. HubSpot or similar) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on delivery, scope, timelines, and priorities.
• Respond to client queries, complaints, and requests via email in a timely, professional manner.
• Lead client conversations around delivery progress, trade-offs, and technical considerations.
• Consult with clients and proactively suggest improvements that add value to their business.
• Assist clients with any issues they experience, and inform them about specialised functionality and features that support their day-to-day operations.
• Troubleshoot, analyse, and report errors, failures, or malfunctions, and follow up to confirm resolution.
• Maintain client accounts and update billing information as needed.
• Keep detailed records of client data, including useful comments and positive or negative feedback.
• Analyse client feedback and advise management on areas for service improvement.
• Represent the company and its brands in a professional, delivery-focused manner.
• Own and manage multiple client projects simultaneously, from scoping through to launch.
• Translate business and functional requirements into clear, structured tasks and briefs for production teams.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, scope, and delivery quality.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early, and proactively resolve them.
• Collaborate closely with development, UI/UX, SEO, content, and studio teams to plan and execute work.
• Coordinate delivery across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Champion the work internally and take ownership of outcomes.
• Mentor and coach team members to help deliver the best possible service to clients.
